The 2021 Bolgheri Rosso is a bold, racy Maremma red to drink now and over the next few years. Effusive floral notes meld into a core of red/purplish fruit, mocha, new leather, cinnamon and tobacco. This is nicely done, even if the alcohol is on the high side.
