A distinctive Champagne, structured by firm acidity and lightly wooly in texture, with notes of whole-wheat toast, dried raspberry, candied orange peel and hints of fresh chamomile and thyme. Minerally finish. Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Disgorged July 2023. Drink now through 2026. 3,750 cases imported.

This is a full, ripe Champagne with a lightly mineral texture. It comes from the northern end of the Montagne de Reims, giving dominance to Pinot Noir. It is a food-style of Champagne, with its dry texture and almond and citric flavors.
