Bright cherry color with purple rim. Nose is fresh, where black and red berries blend together with spicy, slight toasted notes and cocoa from the barrel ageing. Very smooth and silky feel, balanced and soft tannins.
Pair with roasted lamb, Italian food (pizza, spaguetti bolognese, lasagna), paella, meat stews, semi-aged cheeses.

The 2021 Tempranillo 9 Meses hails from Castrillo del Duero and, as the name suggests, spent nine months in both American and French oak barrels. Garnet-red with a purple sheen. The nose features plum and sour cherry along with balsamic and spicy notes. Indulgent and plush on the palate, the grippy tannins and mild acidity combine for a bold red with a fruity finish. This is a modern Ribera wine.
