Pale gold colour with silver highlights. A fresh nose of menthol accompanied with citrus notes. The mouth is supple and open. The finish shows a touch of vivacity which gives it some life and freshness. Aperitif, fish, shellfish from the sea, goat's cheese ('Crottin de Chavignol')
