Pavese Ermes Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle

Clear, straw yellow with golden reflections. Evident notes of aromatic herbs, floral notes (hawthorn) with hints of white fruits (Williams pears) and a spicy tone of white pepper. Fresh, intense, persistent with evident mineral notes. Balanced and aromatic. It pairs well with fish and white meats, and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
